5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

TasteBuddy is not a substitute for professional dietary advice. If you have food allergies, intolerances, or medical dietary requirements, always confirm ingredients directly with the restaurant.

6. Intellectual Property

The TasteBuddy service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TasteBuddy and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as menu images). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store it to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TasteBuddy and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated recommendations
• Any allergic reactions or adverse health effects from food consumed based on our recommendations
• Errors or inaccuracies in menu analysis
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TasteBuddy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
